I had the pleasure of studying this move for quite sometime. Unfortunately as I was browsing online forums, I saw alot of users putting false information on the move. This might be due learning from improper sources (say, youtube videos ), or talking from no real experience behind them, or for any other reason. Anyway, I hope this blog entry clarifies some issues. Spectator’s Peek .. Nice!

Hofzinser would hate the Convincing Control!

Before the title turn you off, read on.

Hofzinser’s spread cull is one of the best ways to control a selection to the bottom, and I’m starting to use it instead of the favorite Krenzel’s Card Steal ( Card College 1, among other sources ). One very nice thing about it, is the spectator can return the card anywhere in the spread, you can table the deck in an extremly fair looking manner, and the card is controlled.
